Keyworkers and Your Child
Wellow Under Fives has a system of key workers, where each member of staff is responsible for the wellbeing of a small group of children. Each child is assigned a keyworker when they join Preschool. The role of the keyworker is to help their group settle in to playgroup and monitor their progress and development.
If you wish to speak to your child’s keyworker, the supervisor, or deputy at any time, please ask. This can be informally at the beginning or end of a session, or an appointment can be made at a time convenient to parent and staff.
